Expando AI™ uses Stripe to process deal invoices and payouts. Once a deal is won (i.e, a successful introduction or successful deal), Stripe will generate an invoice which the program owner will need to pay to you.

How to link your Stripe account with your Expando AI™ account:

• After signing up, in the top navigation menu you will see a wallet icon.

• Click on the wallet icon, which will open a dropdown menu. Click on Setup Stripe Connect, and you will be directed to Payout Settings

• On the Payout Settings page, choose the country of your Stripe account.

• Then, click Link Account, which will direct you to Stripe's onboarding homepage, asking you to link your Stripe account. If you do not have a Stripe account, please refer to this document to create a Stripe account.

• Once done, you will be redirected to Expando AI™, which should display that the app is successfully installed.

Can I Use Wire Transfers or Other Payment Providers instead of Stripe?

We also process wire transfers upon request. If you would like to get paid with wire transfers, please email hello@expando.ai, and our Customer Success Team will contact you shortly.
