What Is the Platform Fee?

Expando AI™ charges a small percentage, called a Platform Fee, on your partner commission invoices.

This fee covers all the payment processing costs required by Stripe, saving your finance team from the hassle of tracking and calculating hidden fees. It also aligns our interests in growing your partner program into a scalable revenue engine.

The platform fee varies based on your plan:

• Basic Plan: 10% platform fee

• Growth Plan: 5% platform fee

• Pro Plan: 0% platform fee

• Enterprise Plan: 0% platform fee

For example, if you're on the Growth Plan and you pay your partner US$100, the platform will charge you an additional US$5, and your partner will receive the full US$100. In total, you will pay US$105.

This setup is advantageous because it simplifies your payments by consolidating fees, reducing administrative burden, and providing clear, predictable costs.
