Closing deals and booking meetings is the hard part—getting paid should be easy. This guide explains how commissions are generated, how to track your earnings in real-time, and how to manage your payouts through Expando AI™.
How Are Partner Commission Invoices Generated?
Partner commission invoices are generated in several key scenarios:
Referral Acceptance: When a referral, under an introduction fee commission structure, is successfully accepted.
Deal Success: When a deal, operating under a success fee commission structure, is successfully won.
Meeting Confirmation: When a meeting is accepted and confirmed.
When one of the events above occurs, a commission invoice appears on your Pending Invoices page. You will see a status of Unpaid and an estimated payment date.
Note: An Unpaid status means the commission is logged, but the funds are not yet available to you. You cannot withdraw this amount until the Program Owner (the company you partnered with) has paid the invoice on their end.
Viewing Your Commissions
Your My Earnings dashboard is your financial command center. Here, you can view a breakdown of what you have already been paid versus what is still in the pipeline.
To access your earnings:
Log in to Expando AI™.
On the top navigation bar, click the wallet icon.
Select My Earnings.
View Paid and Projected Commissions
To view all your paid commissions and projected earnings:
Log in to Expando AI™
On the top navigation bar, click on the wallet icon
Select My Earnings.
Using the Dashboard
Paid vs. Unpaid: Quickly distinguish between money in your pocket (Paid) and money on the way (Unpaid/Projected).
Sort & Filter: Use the filter options to organize commissions by Status, Due Date, or Amount. This is helpful for forecasting your monthly revenue.
Export for Accounting: Need to do your taxes? You can download a CSV file of your history by applying your desired filters and clicking Export.
Receiving Your Payouts
IExpando AI™ integrates primarily with Stripe to ensure fast and secure transfers to your bank account.
Tracking Stripe Payouts
Once a commission moves from "Unpaid" to "Paid" and is withdrawn, it is logged in your payout history.
Click the wallet icon and select Payouts.
Scroll to the Stripe Payouts table.
Here you can view:
Date of withdrawal.
Status (e.g., Processing, Sent).
Amount transferred.
Destination (the specific bank/card account).
Alternative: Wire Transfers
We understand that Stripe may not work for every partner in every region.

Q: My commission is overdue. What should I do? Remember that commissions are only withdrawable after the Vendor pays Expando AI. If a payment is significantly past the estimated payment date, we recommend using the Collaboration Portal to politely message the Program Owner for a status update.
